I had a great experience at Luminous EyeCare in Huntsville! Even though they were very busy, the staff handled the rush incredibly well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. The doctor was thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I decided to get the Meta glasses, and although the color I originally wanted wasn’t in stock, the sales manager went above and beyond to help me find a great alternative color that I ended up really liking. Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Luminous EyeCare if you’re looking for a knowledgeable team, efficient service, and people who genuinely care about their patients.
